The company came out of a vehicle repair workshop. Its founder, Ben White, spent 15 years fixing cars: he ran his own workshop in Windsor, then built MMT Experts, a UK specialist repairing Toyota, Peugeot and Citroen semi-automatic gearboxes. He has been learning AI since 2023 alongside the workshop, went full time in AI in January 2026, and has put over 7,000 hours into it. The company works the way a good workshop does: diagnose first, then optimise, only then automate. A team of AI Discovery Specialists takes the Diagnostic calls. Ben writes every AI Readiness Report and takes every call that follows. Everything happens by video call and email, from the UK to anywhere.

- The Diagnostic call is about the business, not about AI: your week, your tools and what they cost, your clicks, who does the admin, where the hours go, what worries you and what you are aiming for. You do the talking.
- The AI Readiness Report: one score and a tier, scored on five things (how clearly the work is written down, whether a tool could see it, where the hours leak, who would actually use it, and what could go wrong with client data), your biggest time leak in your own hours, an opportunity board ranked by what each job is worth against how hard it is, one recommended first move, and a plain list of what would get in the way of a build. It tells you where AI will pay off and where it would waste money.
- Your first automation: we map one area of your business and build one working automation in your own accounts, up to four hours of build. Anything bigger is quoted on Ben's call and agreed before it starts. You get the tool kit it runs on, the monthly costs, and the hours it should give back, worked out on your own numbers. It is not always AI: sometimes the right fix is plain code that does the job the same way every time, with no AI in it at all. We never hold your passwords.
- Ben's call, 60 minutes: he walks you through your report, shows you the automation working, and hands over your first four days, day by day. If there is more worth doing, it is priced for your business and agreed before anything starts. No pressure.
- We do not price the work until we have seen the work. Some businesses need nothing further at all, and they are told so.
- The report and the automation are yours to keep, whether or not you spend another penny.
- If you can be at a computer and share your screen on the Diagnostic call, we get further in the time. Not required.

## The rules we do not break

- We won't sell you AI you don't need. We will take hours off the week if we can.
- We never promise a specific solution before we have looked, and we never write anything off before we have looked either.
- Anything we build, you own. Your accounts, your logins, your system. You can keep it, understand it, and hand it to whoever you like. If anyone is going to replace you with AI, it should be your own AI.
- Nothing we build sends an email, a quote or a message without you pressing the button. Money, passwords and legal wording stay with a human, always.
- Where a tool or partner we point you to pays us a referral fee, we say so at the time. It never changes your price or which one we pick.
