The Rules We Do Not Break
Diagnose first. Optimise second. Automate last. You would not quote an engine over the phone without taking a look first, and we do not price AI we have not seen. We look under the bonnet, then we lean the business out, and only then do we automate or let AI anywhere near it. Most businesses we look at have ten plates spinning, and some of those plates never needed spinning at all. Fewer tools and fewer clicks first makes any automation smaller, cheaper and more likely to hold. It is safer too: fewer moving parts, fewer doors left open.
