I am not a business owner. Can you still help?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Diagnostic is for business owners, and everything else is on the Services page: careers, starting a business or side hustle, getting something built, marketing, creative, hardware, partnering, and a card for "not sure". Pick the one that sounds most like you, fill in the short form, and a human replies within 3 working days with what we would do and what it would cost. Nothing to pay to ask.

Question 2

Why pay you when an AI subscription is only a few pounds a month?

Accepted Answer

Because a subscription gets you a clever tool that knows nothing about your business. It is a prediction model, and it will happily recommend the most marketed tool rather than the right one. You pay us to find out how the business actually runs, what is costing you time, and which jobs are worth handing to a tool at all. Keep your subscription: we will tell you whether it is earning its keep.

Why do I need the Diagnostic before I can talk to Ben?

Accepted Answer

Because otherwise he would be pricing work he has not seen. You would not quote an engine over the phone without taking a look first. We diagnose before we touch anything, then we optimise, and only then do we automate or let AI anywhere near the business. Most businesses we look at are paying for tools they do not need and clicking ten times where three would do. Fixing that first makes any automation smaller, cheaper and more likely to hold.

What if you find I do not need AI?

Then we say so, and that is a real result. You might be told you do not need AI yet, or that you are paying for four tools when three will do, or that a process redesign will do more than any automation. You still get the report. Peace of mind and a cancelled subscription are a result.

Question 5

Is a leaner set-up actually safer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every app you pay for and forget about is a door: old logins, software nobody updates, data sitting where nobody checks. Fewer tools and simpler processes mean fewer moving parts and fewer doors, which is one more reason leaning out comes before any AI.

Who will I be speaking to?

Accepted Answer

Your Diagnostic is with one of our team of specially trained human AI Discovery Specialists. They are deliberately not technicians, so the call stays on the business instead of drifting into the tech. Ben writes every report and takes every findings call himself. On the service forms, a member of our team reads and replies.

What does the Diagnostic cost?

Accepted Answer

One fixed price, paid at booking, and you see it on the booking page before you pay. It covers the Diagnostic call, your AI Readiness Report in writing and 45 minutes with Ben. Anything beyond it is priced after we have seen your business, and you will always be told the price before you decide anything.

Question 8

What do I need to have ready?

Accepted Answer

A quiet 45 minutes, and a rough idea of what you pay for software and what an average job is worth. If you can be at a computer, even better. Being able to share your screen and walk us through how a job actually gets done tells us more in five minutes than any amount of describing it. Anything you show us stays between you and us, and the privacy notice says what we keep. For Ben's call, nothing but yourself and your questions.

Question 9

How long until I hear back on a service form?

Accepted Answer

Within 3 working days, from a person, with what we would do and what it would cost. If we need more from you first, we will say so. A confirmation lands in your inbox as soon as you send the form, so you know it arrived.

Question 10

Will you own what you build for me?

Accepted Answer

No. You do. Domains, accounts, logins and the thing itself stay in your name. Anything we build is built so you can keep it, understand it, and hand it to your own developer, a member of staff or a tech-minded family member. If anyone is going to replace you with AI, it should be your own AI.

Question 11

Do you take a cut on the tools or partners you recommend?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes. Where a tool or partner we point you to pays us a referral fee, we say so at the time. It never changes the price you pay, and it never changes which one we pick. We only recommend what we have used or checked ourselves. If the best tool for you is one you already own, that is the one that goes in your plan.

Can I get a refund?

Not once the Diagnostic call has happened: the value is delivered the moment it is spoken or sent. If you have booked and that call has not happened yet, consumers have a 14 day right to cancel, and the cancellation rights are set out in our terms. You can reschedule once with 24 hours' notice. If you are unsure whether it is right for you, email support@benwhiteai.com before you book and ask.

Question 13

I know nothing about AI. Does that matter?

Accepted Answer

No. The Diagnostic call is about your business, not about AI. If you can describe your week, you can do this call. We meet you where you are, and Ben puts the report in plain English on his call.

Question 14

I am not in the UK. Does that matter?

Accepted Answer

No. We are a UK company and everything happens by video call and email, so it works from anywhere. Prices are in pounds and cards from anywhere are accepted. Where a solution needs to be local to you, we find one that is.
