Who sees it.
Ben and the Ben White AI team. Our suppliers, only to run the service: Supabase (form storage, EU region), Resend (email delivery), Google (email), Anthropic (Tino answers), Vercel (hosting and anonymous visit counts), Web3Forms (passes enquiries from UKHumanoids.com and WorldHumanoids.com to our inbox). Some of these process data outside the UK. Where they do, it is covered by UK adequacy regulations or the UK approved data transfer terms. We never sell your data, and we never pass it to Ricki Robin, Dean's Car Check or anyone else: if you tick one of those, we simply email you their link.
Your rights.
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, give you a copy to take to another provider, or stop using it, by emailing support@benwhiteai.com. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. We answer within one month. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
