Question 1

What is Super Intelligence?

Accepted Answer

It is the newer name for what most people still call AI. The tools have moved on from chatbots that answer questions to systems that research, write, plan and carry out real work. I use the name because it is closer to what the tools can now do. It is not magic, and it does not replace judgement: mine on the calls, and yours in your business.

Question 2

Why pay £999 when an AI subscription costs a few pounds?

Accepted Answer

A subscription is a clever tool that knows nothing about your business. The Diagnostic is two hours of me learning how your business actually runs, then a plan for which jobs are worth handing to a tool, which tools are worth your money, and which are not. Keep your subscription. I will tell you whether it is earning its keep.

Question 3

What if I do not need Super Intelligence yet?

Accepted Answer

Then your plan says so, and that is a real result. Sometimes the fix is cancelling two tools or redesigning one process. You still keep the plan. And if call one tells you this is not for you, ask for your money back before call two.

Question 4

Who will I speak to?

Accepted Answer

Me, Ben, on both calls. Tino answers questions here on the site. If my diary gets very busy, a trained member of my team may help with smaller, simpler jobs, and you will always know before you book.

Question 5

Is my business data safe?

Accepted Answer

Never share a password with me or anyone else. You stay signed in to your own tools and share your screen, so I see what I need without holding any keys. Calls are recorded only if you agree at the start. I will sign a short confidentiality agreement on request. Ben White AI Ltd is registered with the ICO (ZC259246) and handles your information under UK GDPR, as set out in the privacy notice.

Question 6

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes, any time before call two. Call one is where I learn your business, so if you are not sure after it, email me before call two and I refund you in full. No forms and no argument. Once call two has happened, your plan is delivered and the fee is final.

Question 7

What happens after call two?

Accepted Answer

You choose. Do it yourself, hand the plan to your own developer, ask me to build it at a fixed price agreed first, or, if we are a good fit, work with me every month as a partner. Nothing is pushed, and you can sleep on it.

Question 8

Can I move my call?

Accepted Answer

Yes, once, free, with at least 24 hours' notice. Email support@benwhiteai.com. Cancelling is covered in the terms.

Question 9

I am not in the UK. Does that matter?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything happens by video call and email, so it works from anywhere. Prices are in pounds and cards from anywhere are accepted.

Question 10

Do you buy businesses?

Accepted Answer

If you are thinking of selling or passing on your business, tell us about it on the short form and we will look at it properly. If it is not a fit for us, we will say so and let you know if that changes.
