Who we are.

What you are buying.

The Diagnostic: a 45 minute Diagnostic call with one of our AI Discovery Specialists, a written AI Readiness Report (a score, the pillars it is scored on, your biggest time leak, the opportunities ranked, one recommended first move and what would block a build), and a 45 minute findings call with Ben. One fixed price, shown on the booking page before you pay, and paid at booking. The price shown when you book is the price you pay.

Booking and rescheduling.

Your booking is confirmed when payment clears. You may reschedule once, free, with at least 24 hours' notice, from the link in your booking email. A missed call without notice is forfeited.

Refunds.

The value of the service is delivered the moment the Diagnostic call happens, so there are no refunds after it. If you are a consumer (buying for purposes wholly or mainly outside your trade or business) you have a 14 day right to cancel from the day you book, unless the Diagnostic call has already taken place with your agreement, in which case you accept that the service has begun and the right to cancel is lost. To cancel before the call, email support@benwhiteai.com. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have by law.

Recordings.

The Diagnostic call is recorded so your report is built from your own words. Your Discovery Specialist asks for your agreement at the start of the call, and the recording only starts once you have given it. Recordings are kept in your client folder for 12 months, shared with nobody outside Ben White AI Ltd, and deleted on request after your findings call.

Your part.

You bring the facts about your business. Anything you tell us is treated as true. You keep control of every account, password and payment. Nothing we set up sends an email, quote or message without you pressing the button.

Our part.

We give our honest findings in good faith. We do not guarantee any particular saving, result or income. The tools we recommend are made by other companies; their terms and prices are between you and them, and we show their costs in your plan before you decide.

Referral fees.

Where a tool, product or partner we point you to pays us a referral fee, we say so at the time. It never changes the price you pay and never changes which one we pick. We only recommend what we have used or checked ourselves.

Further work and service enquiries.

Anything beyond the Diagnostic (build work, set-up, ongoing support) is priced after the findings call and covered by a separate written agreement.

A service enquiry sent through the site is not an order and carries no charge. We reply with what we would do and what it would cost; nothing is agreed until you say yes in writing. Where we point you to a third party, that arrangement is between you and them. We never charge a job seeker for finding work.

Liability.

We are not liable for loss of profit, business or data arising from your use of any tool we recommend or set up, beyond the price you paid us. We do not exclude liability for anything the law says cannot be excluded.

Law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
