The Diagnostic call
45 minutes with one of our human AI Discovery Specialists. It is about the business, not about AI: your week, your tools and what they cost, your clicks, who does the admin, where the hours go, what you are juggling outside work, what worries you and what you are aiming for.
You do the talking. Our specialists are trained to listen, not to butt in, because the more you tell us the better the report. Deliberately not a technician on this call, which keeps it on how the business actually runs rather than drifting into the tech.

Your AI Readiness Report
Not a theory document. Ben walks you through it on your call, and it is yours to use the same day. One score and a tier. Five things it is scored on: how clearly the work is written down, whether a tool could see it, where the hours leak, who would actually use it, and what could go wrong with client data. Your biggest time leak, in your own words and your own hours.
Then the opportunity board: the jobs worth handing over, ranked by what they are worth against how hard they are, and one recommended first move. Plus a plain list of what would get in the way of a build. It tells you where AI will pay off and where it would waste money.

Ben has your report ready before he speaks to you. He walks you through the score and the time leak, shows you the opportunity board, and circles the first move. Then the report is yours to keep.
Nothing is built on this call. It is a diagnosis: what your report found, what it means for your business, and what the next best step is. Sometimes that step is something you can do yourself. Sometimes it belongs with your own developer or someone you trust. Sometimes it is nothing at all, yet. You leave knowing which.

What happens next

We do not price work we have not seen. Some businesses need nothing further at all, and they are told so. Everything from the Diagnostic is yours whether or not you go further, and anything we ever build for you, you own.
